Purpose of the Role:

We at BSV are looking for Smart, fresh graduates in B. Pharma / B. Sc. (Microbiology/Life Sciences/Biotechnology) across major cities viz. Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata who will be deputed as trainees for 1 year. Post 1 year they have an opportunity to get confirmed based on their performance and business requirements for sales role.
We are looking at hiring fresh talent in our sales team and provide trainings to them on various sales KPIs & performance metrics thereby extending support to the existing Sales team, also brand promotion to HCPs in the assigned hospitals and trade, generate prescriptions; ensure retail / wholesale stock availability to meet the sales objectives and ensure customer engagement through scientific discussion and initiatives.
Rotation Pro- This unique program will give you an opportunity to be trained in two key business verticals of BSV. You will be deputed for six months in one business area and then be shifted to another




business for complete training and grooming.
At the end of the 1st year, basis your performance and organization need, you will get an chance to be confirmed in any one of the business areas PAN India.

Qualification :
1. B. Pharma / B. Sc. (Microbiology/Life Sciences/Biotechnology)
2. Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation
