- Manage daily production planning, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
- Oversee manpower handling on the shop floor, including supervision and training of operators.
- Develop and implement effective production strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, raw materials availability, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within an auto components industry setting.
- Strong background in production management, including daily production planning and shop floor control.
- Proven ability to handle large teams effectively through robust leadership skills.
- Experience working with machine shops or manufacturing environments requiring high attention to detail.
