- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive business growth through inside sales channels.
- Identify new business opportunities by cold calling, emailing, and networking with potential clients.
- Build solid relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell products/services and increase revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of inside sales principles, including cold calling techniques and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for effective client engagement.
