- Strong hands-on experience in at least two Workday modules, preferably across HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Talent
- Experience with Workday configuration, Business Processes and security
- Ability to troubleshoot Workday issues, identify root causes and provide solutions
- Experience in Workday report writing, particularly advanced custom reports and complex calculated fields
- Exposure to dashboards, metrics and scorecards would be relevant
- Experience supporting Workday enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment
- Exposure to Workday semi-annual release management and testing
- Valuable stakeholder management skills, with experience working with HR/People, Finance, Payroll and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
- Workday integrations such as EIB, Core Connectors or Studio would be an advantage

Workday Pro/certification would be preferred
