We are looking for a dynamic and experienced *HR Executive* to join our growing Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance records, HR documentation, and employee coordination.
## Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end recruitment and hiring process
* Screening and scheduling candidate interviews
* Employee onboarding and documentation
* Maintaining attendance and leave records
* HR policy implementation and employee engagement
* Coordination with management and staff
* Maintaining employee databases and MIS reports
## Requirements
* 1–3 years of HR experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
