Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of HRIS/Payroll experience with at least 5+ years in Workday Payroll.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll configuration and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, garnishments, and payroll accounting.
- Experience with EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and payroll integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions.
- Workday Payroll certification preferred.

The candidate should independently design, build, deploy, and support custom Workday applications while ensuring scalability, security, and user experience excellence.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of application development experience with strong Workday ecosystem expertise.
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Extend, Workday APIs, Workday Studio, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with calculated fields, business processes, security frameworks, and Workday data models.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable Workday solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
