Role Summary

The Security Cluster Leader will manage security operations across multiple Schneider Electric offices, campuses, warehouses and manufacturing facilities within Bangalore. The position serves as the regional Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) and is responsible for governance, operational excellence, risk management, security technology, vendor management and compliance.

The role will oversee multiple Security Officers and third-party security agencies while ensuring delivery of contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred:

- Defence Officer
- Police Officer
- Security Management Qualification
- MBA preferred

Experience

- 10+ years Corporate/Industrial Security.
- Minimum 5 years leading multiple sites.
- Experience managing minimum 5 companies/sites and multiple offices.
- Experience with multinational clients.
