Position - SAP DRC Senior Consultant / Manager

Experience

- 6 to 12 years of relevant SAP experience for B.Com / MBA (Finance) candidates.
- 3 to 12 years of relevant SAP experience for CA-qualified candidates.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Com with MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution, OR
- Chartered Accountant (CA).

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements and provide SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with best practices.
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.
- Work on end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Design and configure tax-related business requirements including indirect and withholding tax processes.
- Support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions for statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
- Prepare functional specifications, conduct testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum one full-cycle SAP implementation project experience.
- Strong experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO).

- General Ledger Accounting (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)




- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Tax Configuration
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
- Understanding of financial closing and reporting processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and end-user support.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of country-specific tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Exposure to electronic invoicing, statutory reporting, and compliance processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead discussions with business stakeholders.
