Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving field marketing, generating leads, closing sales, and building robust, long-lasting customer relationships to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Promote products/services, identify prospective clients, make cold calls/visits, and convert direct leads into sales.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, positive relations with recent and existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Market Outreach: Conduct local field market research, identify potential business leads, and follow up regularly with potential clients.

Negotiation & Closing: Understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, negotiate prices/terms,



and close business deals effectively.

Reporting: Maintain daily logs of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and sales targets for weekly review with management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate (Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing is a plus).

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in direct sales, field marketing, or customer service.

Sales & Communication: Robust negotiation, pitch presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent relationship-building skills and patience with client handling.

Local Travel: Basic mobility (having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred).
