What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
Generate qualified leads and build a consistent sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain and nurture a healthy pipeline through regular follow-ups.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Update lead status and sales activities in CRM tools.

Client Engagement
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions.
Coordinate with the Business Development team for smooth lead handover.
Assist in initial client interactions and meeting coordination.

Collaboration & Market Research
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging prospects.

What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales, or Business Development.
Strong experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Understanding of IT Services or Software Development services is preferred.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
