We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can help us take this business to the next level by bringing in the right brands, building strong relationships and converting opportunities into long-term mandates.
The Role As Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business for Tipple Works — identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching our capabilities and converting prospects into clients.
We’re looking for someone who already understands the agency ecosystem and/or brand marketing landscape ,



has a strong network and is confident initiating and nurturing conversations with senior stakeholders.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to identify high-value opportunities and build a healthy new-business pipeline.
What You’ll Do Business Development & New Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Alco-Bev, F&B;, Hospitality, Lifestyle and consumer brands.
Leverage your existing network of brands, marketing teams, founders and agencies to generate qualified leads.
Reach out to prospective brands and agencies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and industry relationships.
Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities where Tipple Works can add value.
Build long-term relationships with brand owners, CMOs, marketing heads, founders and agency partners.
Develop robust relationships with creative, media, PR, influencer and other agencies for referral
