Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in Non-IT hiring, bulk hiring, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, especially in domains such as Finance & Accounting (F&A;), BFSI, Legal, Information Security, and Marcom.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT requirements
Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination
Expertise in bulk/volume hiring and closure management
Source profiles through various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals
Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements




Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for requirement understanding and hiring updates
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS using Excel
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:
Strong experience in sourcing and recruitment coordination
Hands-on experience in Non-IT hiring, especially Finance & Accounting (F&A;) and BFSI hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
Ability to manage stakeholder communication effectively
Solid understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
