Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Main responsibility includes assisting in executing the project design, construction details and managing issues on site.
Acquire design awareness and design culture in the team.
Maintain thorough communication with Sr. Architects and Sr. Technicians in the team.
Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines & under pressure.
Maintain communication links between the team and other departments like (‘Liaison’, ‘Clients’, ‘Support’ )
Undertake all duties under ISO standards and MIS systems suitable as per the job title.
Attend regular training sessions and apply the gained knowledge.
Engage in innovation and research using the internet and other sources.




Update architectural knowledge from periodicals and other subscriptions.
Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally
Use company resources in a responsible manner.

Essential Competencies:
- Excellent CAD skills
Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English
Keen attention to detail
Eager to learn and develop current skills
Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity
Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop & or any 3D modelling tool
