We are looking for a motivated and responsible OT Technician Fresher to assist the medical and nursing team in the smooth and protected functioning of the Operation Theatre.
Assist in preparing the Operation Theatre before procedures and surgeries.
Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, and required supplies.
Assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures as instructed.
Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control practices.
Ensure OT instruments and equipment are cleaned and properly stored.
Prepare OT for the next scheduled procedure.
Maintain OT records, stock, and inventory of consumables.
Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection-control guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the OT area.
Report any equipment malfunction or shortage of supplies to the concerned senior.
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.
Valuable knowledge of hygiene and infection-control practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Relevant internship/training will be an advantage.
Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
