We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Store In-Charge to join our team at Sabine Hospitals, Kollam.

Position: Pharmacy Store In-Charge

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock availability.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers and storage conditions.
Coordinate procurement, receiving and distribution of medicines and medical supplies.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital and pharmacy procedures.
Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
Minimize stock discrepancies, wastage and expiry-related losses.




Supervise and coordinate pharmacy store staff.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and hospital requirements.

Qualification
B.Pharm / D.Pharm or relevant qualification.
3–5 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy/store workplace preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy inventory management and documentation.
Positive communication, organizational and team-management skills.
Experience with HIS/ERP or pharmacy inventory software will be an added advantage.
