We are looking for a highly organized and result -driven Purchase & Stores Manager to oversee procurement, inventory management, and store operations in our home textile manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
â Manage end -to -end purchase & procurement operations
â Source and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, fabrics, trims & consumables
â Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
â Oversee stores operations, inward/outward material movement & documentation
â Coordinate with production, planning & finance teams for material requirements
â Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays
â Maintain vendor performance, costing & purchase records
â Implement inventory control and cost -saving initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience in Purchase, Procurement & Stores Management
- Knowledge of textile raw materials & manufacturing processes
- Vendor development & negotiation skills
- Inventory management & stock control expertise
- Proficiency in ERP / Tally / MS Excel
- Robust analytical and coordination skills
- Cost control and material planning ability
- Leadership and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / MBA / Supply Chain or Materials Management preferred
- Experience in home textiles, spinning, weaving, or textile manufacturing industry preferred
