- Capacity Planning and Forecasting
- Performance Measurement using KPIs
- Knowledge Management and Training Programs
- Proficiency in using PMO tools, templates, and reporting systems.
- Understanding of PMO vs. Project Manager roles and their interrelationship.
Bachelor of Engineering (EE/EC/CS/IS)
