Centre Coordinator cum IT Trainer:
- Ability to manage Centre, do sales & marketing, asset utilization, administration & delivery management
- Will be responsible for Mobilization, getting students registered at the center as per the goals
- Liaising with the local Key People, Brand visibility, NGO and the community to maintain positive energies.
- Mass/Group/ individual counseling at different places of villages, Residence, Schools etc.
- HO level functional follow -ups, coordination, closure of operating issues to run smooth center operations
- Handling day -to -day expenses of the Centre, ensuring proper & timely bill submission to the Finance team NF
- Working as Faculty, taking complete responsibility of enrolled students, which includes
- Conducting classes
- Ensuring student attendance and participation in sessions, ensuring the learning level of students
- Counseling of students and their parents if required
- Assessment and certification of all joined students
- Maintenance of Centre Infrastructure

Education Qualification
Min Graduate from a technical field / BCA/ MCA, IT graduate
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory)
3 -6 years of experience with at least 2 yrs in handling an independent skill development centre / Digital mobile Van.Leading a team of min 4 -5 members
Excellent Communication skills, Presentation skills. People managing skills, team handling. Background for the training industry is a must
work under less or no resources, flexibility in an approach
Ability to leverage the partnership and work with local authorities to get permissions for project implementation
