- Handling production activities, Shift management &control.; including Man/ Machine/material
- Standard Operation /Procedure /Process. Knowledge & skill of machinery like Intermix Banbury, Calendar, Belt Building, Moulding, Curing, Cutting, Repairs etc. Capable of handling the work independently.
- Daily output monitoring as per norms, execution of production plan.
- Co-ordination with Quality, PPC, Stores Dept. etc.
- Leading team of supervisors & operators to get daily output, active participation in improvement planned, team player, prepared to work in shifts.
