I am hiring a Performance Marketing Team Lead in Bangalore.

What the role involves
Owning all sponsored advertising across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, and Flipkart
Managing our external advertising agency and owning inventory-aligned spend decisions
Leading and developing a team of five
Working fluently with ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, DOC, and DRR,



and defending your numbers
Acting as a genuine thinking partner to the CMO

What we are looking for
4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, either brand-side or agency
Hands-on Amazon Ads experience is essential
Experience with large or bulky product categories is a strong advantage
Solid communication skills and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively
Someone motivated by building rather than maintaining

This is a full time, in office role based in Bangalore.
