Project Coordinator / MIS Executive

About the Role

I4S is looking for a Project Coordinator / MIS Executive to support project coordination, MIS reporting, documentation, scheduling, and team follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities and follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track project schedules, tasks, and pending activities.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Follow up with team members for timely task completion.




Maintain project documentation and records.
Prepare and update Excel-based reports.
Support project planning and coordination activities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in MIS, Project Coordination, Operations, or similar roles.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Positive documentation and organizational abilities.
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates from non-IT backgrounds are welcome.

Ideal Candidate A candidate who is comfortable with MS Excel, MIS reporting, documentation, coordination, follow-ups, and project tracking and is interested in building a career in MIS / Project Coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
