Network monitoring and event management expertise.
Positive understanding of:
TCP/IP
SNMP
ICMP
Syslog
DNS
DHCP
Routing and Switching
Experience with fault, performance, and availability monitoring.
Knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and data center environments.
Linux administration knowledge.
Experience in alarm correlation, event suppression, and monitoring optimization.
Experience with:
ServiceNow Integration
Network Automation
Python, Shell Scripting, or PowerShell
NetFlow/NTA solutions
Wireshark packet analysis
Knowledge of cloud monitoring (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience with High Availability (HA) deployments of NOM/NNMi
