Operations Manager – Residential ApartmentsRoles & Responsibilities
Oversee overall operations of residential apartment communities.
Manage Facility Managers, technical, housekeeping, security, and site teams.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality.
Handle client meetings, resident complaints, and escalations.
Monitor manpower, attendance, performance, and productivity.
Ensure smooth delivery of technical and soft services.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and operational requirements.
Monitor operational expenses, budgets, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Handle emergency situations and critical operational issues.
Drive client satisfaction and continuous operational improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Residential Apartment / Facility Management.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical.
Robust leadership, team management, client handling, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
