About ShowFlow ShowFlow is a pan-India event management company delivering large-scale events across MICE, live shows & concerts, sports, weddings, brand experiential marketing, and government events — with a single point of accountability for clients across 100 cities and 10 countries.

Role Overview We're looking for an Operations & On-Ground Manager to lead end-to-end execution of events — from pre-production planning through live-day delivery and post-event wrap-up. You'll be the person on-site making sure every moving part comes together on time, on budget, and on brief.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage on-ground logistics for events including vendor coordination, manpower deployment, and site setup/breakdown
Act as the primary point of contact on-site during live events, troubleshooting issues in real time
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers (staging, sound & light, catering, security, etc.)
Manage manpower rosters and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution
Oversee load-in/load-out schedules and site readiness timelines
Ensure compliance with permits, safety protocols,



and government/venue regulations
Track budgets and resource allocation for assigned events
Coordinate with internal teams (production, client servicing, creative) to align execution with event plans
Prepare post-event reports including vendor performance and operational learnings

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in event operations, production, or on-ground execution
Proven track record managing live events, concerts, sporting events, or large-scale activations
Robust vendor and manpower management skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the fly
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible/odd hours including weekends
Solid communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficiency with basic MS Office/Excel for planning and tracking

Preferred
Experience with government or sports events
Existing vendor network PAN India
Experience managing teams of 50 on-site staff
