Printing and Issuance of Test Data Sheet (TDS).
Maintain data for format control system and track the same in co-ordination with various functions.
Preparation of monthly audit log report of SOP format reconciliation for QA department.
Review and approval of SOP requests and formats in SAP and Open Text.
Issuance and Retrieval of Artworks and Shade Cards.
Issuance and Retrieval of SOPs, Protocols, Master List of SOPs, Specifications, STPs and Miscellaneous documents.
Issuance and Retrieval of Log Books.
Responsible for supervision of disposal of documents.
Responsible to perform the job assigned by superiors from time to time.
