Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct training sessions for the entire Admin Team to enhance their operational efficiency and work quality.
Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Manage, analyze, and maintain data accurately, ensuring timely preparation of MIS reports.
Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and operational productivity.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication and task execution.
Support senior management in operations planning, monitoring, and reporting.




Ensure adherence to organizational policies, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Soft‑spoken personality with professional behavior and team‑handling capability.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong experience in Data Management and MIS Reporting.
Expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle operational challenges efficiently.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
Should be detail‑oriented with positive organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Operations, Administration, or Training roles preferred.
Ability to train and mentor teams effectively.
