We are looking for an Operations & Marketing Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Clean7 and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, staff coordination, customer service, marketing activities and business development.

Key Responsibilities • Manage daily store and service operations.
Coordinate with staff, delivery executives and service teams.
Monitor customer bookings, pickup and delivery operations.
Ensure proper service quality and timely completion of orders.
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
Maintain daily records of orders, sales, expenses and other operational activities.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure availability of required materials.
Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate new customers.
Manage social media and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
Develop local partnerships and business prospects.
Monitor sales,



customer acquisition and marketing performance.
Prepare basic daily and monthly performance reports.
Ensure company processes and service standards are properly followed.

Requirements • 0–5 years of experience in operations, marketing, sales or a similar role. fresher also may apply • Good communication and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Willingness to work in a startup setting.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in operations, marketing, sales or service-based businesses will be preferred.
