Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key music labels, publishers, and entertainment partners.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
- Lead music and label partnerships and develop initiatives to drive product adoption and engagement.
- Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities with music partners.
- Optimize the overall health and performance of commercial music and publisher partnerships.
- Work closely with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, product, media partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive music strategy.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare data and budget reports highlighting key insights and business trends.
- Manage regular data tracking, reporting, and partner performance processes.
- Support contracts, payments, purchase orders, invoices, and other partnership-related administrative activities.
- Maximize communication, education, data management, reporting, payment, and partnership growth activities.
- Develop and execute programs with music labels and publishers around key product and business launches.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute campaigns based on contractual requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues affecting partners.
- Act as an internal advocate for partners and promote best practices across teams.
- Provide deep insights into the Indian music ecosystem and partner landscape to senior leadership.
- Navigate complex cross-functional environments and build strong internal relationships.
