We’re Hiring | Quality Control Executive – Home Care Division

Siyon Consumer Care LLP, a contract manufacturer of Personal Care & Home Care products, is looking for a Quality Control Executive to join our Home Care Division at Vapi, Gujarat.

Experience: 1–5 years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities• Testing and approval of raw materials, in-process batches and finished products
Testing all the parameters required.
Monitoring production batches and ensuring compliance with approved specifications
Handling QC documentation, test reports, COAs and batch release records
Investigating quality deviations and supporting root-cause analysis




Maintaining laboratory equipment, chemicals, reagents and calibration records
Coordinating with Production and R&D; for quality improvement and troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in QC laboratory testing
Valuable understanding of home care/detergent product chemistry
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable documentation and attention to detail
Ability to work closely with Production and R&D; teams
