GRADUATION - BE. Mechanical engineer, EXPERIENCE- 5 TO 15 YEARS

(AGE 27 TO 40) FEMALE /MALE
Automotive Engineering, Quality Engineering or Related field
Lead and handle ISO, IATF certifications
Execute Various QC and QMS Tools, like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, TPM, JIT, Kaizen, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma, Process capability study, CAPA,
Coordinate with external labs for material testing, EMI/EMC certifications, Instruments Calibration
Audit Process Flow Diagrams, create Sampling plans, induct various gauges and fixtures for consistent Quality production with GD&T; Knowledge
Knowledge of Lighting, LEDs, understanding & Testing of Electronic circuits will be a Plus.
Knowledge of Materials, Processes, components in Plastics, Moulds, Metals, Die cast, Pressed sheet metal components, various assembly process, PCBs, SMDs will be an added advantage
Derive Test specification, Test plan, Control Plan, Sampling Plan, Inspection plan, Gauges and Fixtures
