Under general supervision, the Processing Clerk will be responsible for the review, tracking and processing of transactions from both internal and external partners
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking, reviewing and processing of items
Prepare and maintain reports
Assists with various project related activities, on an as needed basis
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
WORK SETTING AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Essential functions are typically performed in an office setting
Noise level is medium
Visual level is high
Lifting required, typically less than 20 lbs.
Able to endure prolonged seating/standing associated with the performance of essential functions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (beginners’ level)
Robust communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Working knowledge of legal transfer requirements
Financial services industry experience (transfer agent)
