Knowledge of Microbial Limit Testing (MLT)
Media preparation, sterilization and Growth promotion test of media.
Maintenance and handling of microbial cultures.
Preparation of trends of environmental monitoring and water analysis.
Operation and cleaning of equipment and instruments in the microbiology lab.
Documentation of microbiological activities.
Maintain the microbiology lab as per cGMP for audit, self-inspection and internal audits.
