We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with solid hands-on experience in listed company compliances, SEBI, Stock Exchange and ROC/MCA filings. The candidate should be capable of independently managing corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle listed company compliances independently.
Manage SEBI and Stock Exchange compliances.
Handle ROC/MCA e-filings and Companies Act compliances.
Prepare notices, agendas, board papers and minutes for Board/Committee meetings.
Manage XBRL filings, SDD and Stock Exchange filings.
Maintain statutory registers, records and corporate governance documentation.
Coordinate with ROC, SEBI, NSE/BSE, auditors and legal advisors.
Advise management and the Board on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance.
Mandatory Requirements
Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with ICSI membership.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Current/previous experience with a Listed Company/Listed Entity.
Robust practical knowledge of Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.
Hands-on experience in ROC/MCA e-filings.
Hands-on experience in Stock Exchange compliances and filings.
Practical knowledge of XBRL Filings and SDD.
Solid drafting, communication and documentation skills.
Ability to independently handle secretarial and compliance activities.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
