Key Requirements
10–18 years of experience in women's western wear design.
Strong expertise in trend forecasting, fabric selection, silhouettes, prints, and product development.
Proven experience in designing commercially successful collections for a quick-paced fashion brand.
Solid understanding of global fashion trends, consumer insights, and seasonal collections.
Excellent collaboration with merchandising, sourcing, and buying teams.
Experience in premium, international, or rapid-fashion brands is highly preferred.
