Job Summary:

Looking for a dynamic and target-driven (Sales) Parents Relations Manager to manage the daily operations of the center. The role involves:

Driving revenue growth

Converting enquiries into admissions

Outdoor marketing & promotions

Engaging with parents and ensuring satisfaction

Handling team, data, and customer relations

Collecting revenue and maintaining reports

Adapting to change with a growth mindset

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills





Robust relationship-building ability with parents, children, and colleagues

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow

4–6 years of experience in a similar role

Candidates from the EdTech background can also apply

Preference given to candidates residing near Noida Sector -62

Work Timings:

Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
