3+ years in a lead or senior replication role in enterprise environments Provide 24x7 operational support with end-to-end ownership of SLAs, KPIs, and service availability Handle L3/L4 GoldenGate incidents, performance issues, and escalations Lead and mentor a multi-shift GoldenGate / DBA support team Manage shift schedules, on-call rotations, and workload distribution Design and implement Oracle GoldenGate architectures, including: Unidirectional and bidirectional replication Active-active and active-passive configurations Integrated Extract, Classic Extract, and Replicat Configure GoldenGate components (Extract, Pump, Replicat, Trails) Implement checkpointing, conflict detection, and error handling mechanisms Implement and support cross-database and heterogeneous replications, including: Oracle to Oracle Oracle to MS SQL Server Oracle to Open-Source databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB) Ensure schema evolution support and minimal data latency Troubleshoot data mismatches, lag, and replication conflicts Design and validate HA/DR replication topologies Implement security best practices, including encryption of trails and secure credential management
