What will you do?
As a Sales Growth Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers make informed decisions about hearing solutions.
Connect with customers through phone-based B2C conversations
Understand their needs and concerns related to hearing loss
Recommend suitable hearing aid solutions based on their lifestyle and budget
Guide customers as a trusted advisor and connect them with our partner providers
Drive the conversation toward successful conversions and customer satisfaction
Who are we looking for?
Excellent communication and active listening skills
High proficiency in Hindi & English — mandatory
Proficiency in any one of the following regional languages is also mandatory:
Tamil | Telugu | Kannada | Malayalam | Punjabi A confident, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
