JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT MANAGER Position: Project Manager – Data Centre / Mechanical / MEP Projects

Location: Pan India – Project Sites
Salary: ₹90,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 Years as a Project Manager
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Industry Preference: Data Centres / MEP / Mechanical / Infrastructure / Industrial Projects

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a technically robust, commercially aware and execution-focused Project Manager capable of independently managing Data Centre, Mechanical and MEP projects from initial planning through final handover.
The Project Manager will have end-to-end ownership of the project covering design coordination, client approvals, planning, budgeting, procurement coordination, site execution, manpower management, HSE, quality, cost control, billing, loss prevention, testing, handover and project closure.
A critical requirement of this position is the ability to coordinate effectively between the Client, Consultant, Design Team, Procurement/SCM,



Manufacturing, Site Execution, QA/QC, HSE, Billing and Commercial Teams .
The Project Manager will be expected to manage not only the technical delivery of the project but also its financial performance, cost control and profitability .

The position requires a Project Manager capable of taking complete ownership of the assigned project as an individual delivery and cost centre .
The Project Manager's responsibility extends from design coordination and approvals → planning → budgeting → procurement → execution → HSE → quality → cost control → loss prevention → billing → profitability → testing → handover → final project closure.
The objective is to deliver every project safely, on time, within budget, at the required quality standards and with the targeted commercial performance and profitability.
