Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver services and solutions on time. The role involves monitoring account performance, preparing reports,



handling queries and escalations, and identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients. The Account Manager will participate in review meetings, negotiate terms within defined guidelines, and support billing and collections activities related to assigned accounts. This role also requires maintaining accurate records in internal systems and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience.
