- Quality Assurance: Verify electrical wiring accuracy, control panel layouts, and critical safety circuits prior to operational deployment.
- Shop Floor Management: Supervise daily shop floor activities to ensure production targets and timelines are met.
- Machine Dispatch Activities: Supervise the dispatch activities like machine backup, spare handling, Interlock Check,
Checklist filling.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols and 5S standards across the manufacturing and assembly floor.
- Process Optimization: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize operational workflow efficiency.
- Diagnostic & Resolution: Systematically diagnose CNC/PLC software bugs and resolve unexpected electrical or mechanical breakdowns.
- Customer Site Support: Conduct scheduled and emergency customer site visits to resolve complex field service issues.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Provide detailed technical support and root-cause analysis documentation for system or component failures. Understanding of RCA techniques will be an added advantage.
