Job description

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through branch, open market, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with customers for document collection and completion of the application process.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan processing and approval.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
