Roles & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Sheet Metal Production Process, Press Parameters, Die Loading and Tool Setting and Die Problems
Knowledge of Product Defects, Reasons and their Counter Measures
Knowledge of Critical to Quality Parameters
To prepare all MIS reports related to Press shop.
Knowledge of Spot welding & Tapping welding
Knowledge Of Minor Repairs and troubleshooting during production
Knowledge of ERP Posting
To Ensure Shop floor All Check Sheet , WI , SOP, POKE YOKA Display and Updatation Status Monitoring
