Requirements

- Post-graduate degree in Science; MBA preferred.
- Strong scientific background at the graduation level.
- 8-10 years of experience in laboratory consumables sales and/or technical support.
- In-depth technical knowledge of lab consumables and their applications.
- Experience in key account management, channel/distributor management, and business development.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, understand market trends, and deliver value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth by identifying the right customer segments, promoting laboratory consumables, and achieving territory sales objectives.




- Develop and expand business opportunities through key account management, direct trade channels, and distributor partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
- Execute business strategies to increase market penetration and profitable sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market analysis to identify current opportunities, evaluate customer requirements, monitor competitor activities, and assess market trends.
- Follow up on leads effectively and prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the laboratory consumables segment, providing product education, technical support, and consultative guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability goals while delivering exceptional pre-sales and after-sales support.
