About the Role

AB7 Solutions is hiring a Project Coordinator for a field-based opportunity in Bihar. The role is ideal for a proactive, confident, and well-connected professional who can coordinate with government stakeholders, manage project implementation, and ensure successful execution of large-scale programs. The candidate should be comfortable working in field environments, travelling across districts, building relationships with government officials, and taking ownership of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.

- Coordinate with government departments and local stakeholders for smooth project implementation.

- Manage end-to-end execution and delivery of assigned projects.

- Visit different districts and rural areas of Bihar as required for project implementation.

- Coordinate field-level activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

- Facilitate identification and onboarding of students under the assigned project.

- Ensure successful adoption and usage of the project among targeted students.

- Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational and implementation challenges.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the leadership team.

- Prepare and maintain project reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Document project success stories, field efforts, challenges, discussions, and key learnings.

- Proactively identify potential issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.





- Represent the organization professionally during meetings and field interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Graduation is mandatory; Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, client management, field operations, or a related role.

- Prior experience working with government departments or government projects will be highly preferred.

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent command of Hindi and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar, including rural and remote locations.

- Must have a two-wheeler for field visits.

- Must have access to a laptop, as it is essential for the role.
