Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the application-to-offer stage.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or related field (fresher's can apply).
- Solid understanding of US staffing industry trends and best practices for experienced candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
