- SALES VALUE ACHIEVEMENT
- Achieve Secondary Sales Volume targets for day/month
- Coverage - OFO & Whole sales outlets
- Make all the Brands and SKUs available at all outlets in his market.
- Achieve PJP compliance minimum - 95%.
- Ensure current beats are captured and covered in SFA.
- Usage of SFA mandatory
- Coach MIA/TMIA once in a week to push sales.
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred someone with 4 to 10 years work experience from FMCG industry and local market experience of Sirsa is required
