Job Summary

Elite RCM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and motivated professionals for Quality Analyst (QA) and Team Leader (TL) positions in our Healthcare RCM operations.

Candidates will be considered for QA or TL roles based on their experience, process knowledge, leadership capabilities, and overall skill set.

The ideal candidate should have experience in US Healthcare RCM/BPO, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

For Quality Analyst (QA)

- Conduct regular quality audits as per defined quality parameters.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and process quality.
- Identify errors, process gaps, and recurring issues.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
- Conduct calibration sessions with Operations and Training teams.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to improve process quality.

For Team Leader (TL)

- Manage and lead the assigned team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence.
- Conduct team meetings and communicate process updates.
- Provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.




- Coordinate with QA, Training, HR, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and maintain team performance reports.
- Handle employee concerns and support team engagement.
- Ensure adherence to process SOPs and client requirements.
- Take corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and overall team performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with relevant experience in Quality Analyst, Team Leader, SME, or Senior Process Associate roles may apply.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes.
- Experience in AR, Payment Posting, Denial Management, Eligibility, Claims, Medical Billing, or related processes will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and performance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates applying for TL should have prior team-handling/people-management experience.
- Willingness to work in night/US shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite from our Dehradun office.
