Role & responsibilities
Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations.
Supervise and coordinate all terminal activities including loading, unloading, storage, and transportation of goods or passengers
Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and procedures to optimize terminal efficiency and resource utilization
Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Manage terminal staff including hiring, training, scheduling,



and performance evaluations
Oversee maintenance of terminal facilities, equipment, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness
Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify improvement prospects and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
Develop and manage terminal operating budgets, controlling expenses while meeting service requirements
Handle customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain positive client relationships
Prepare and submit regular operational reports to upper management
