About Wappbiz Wappbiz is a WhatsApp Business API SaaS platform helping businesses in Real Estate, Healthcare, E-commerce, and F&B; automate customer engagement, sales, and support through WhatsApp. As we scale, we're building a focused sales team to drive new customer acquisition across these verticals.
About the Role We're hiring a Sales Executive whose core mandate is simple and singular: generate leads and convert them into paying customers. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role for someone who thrives on outbound hustle as much as closing conversations, and who wants to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.
You'll own the full sales cycle for your pipeline, from first outreach to signed deal, working closely with the Business Head and support/CS teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation • Identify and build target lists of prospective businesses across Real Estate, Healthcare, E-commerce,



and F&B; verticals
• Run proactive outbound outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website, and referrals promptly and accurately
• Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to source new business leads
• Maintain a healthy, consistently-filled top-of-funnel pipeline in line with monthly targets
Lead Conversion • Conduct product demos and discovery calls that clearly map Wappbiz's WhatsApp API solution to the prospect's business need
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing/terms, and drive deals to closure within target sales cycle timelines
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication in a timely, professional manner
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets
• Coordinate a smooth handover to the Customer Success/Support team post-conversi
