Senior Member - Data Privacy

Role Purpose

Drive privacy governance, Privacy by Design, contractual compliance, and privacy risk management across products, platforms, and customer engagements. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations, customer commitments, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Privacy by Design
- Embed Privacy by Design principles across products and platforms.
- Review product architectures, features, and data flows and recommend appropriate privacy controls.
- Translate regulatory and contractual privacy requirements into practical technical and operational measures.

Customer Contracts and Privacy Advisory
- Review customer contracts, DPAs, privacy schedules, and related documentation.
- Advise on processor obligations, cross-border data transfer requirements, privacy commitments, and regulatory compliance.
- Support customer privacy assessments, RFPs, RFIs, due diligence requests, and contract negotiations.

Privacy Governance and Risk Management




- Establish and maintain privacy standards, governance processes, and control frameworks.
- Identify, assess, and manage privacy risks across products, projects, and customer engagements.
- Provide privacy guidance to business and technology stakeholders.

Privacy Audits and Compliance
- Support internal, external, customer, and regulatory privacy audits.
- Conduct privacy compliance reviews and drive remediation of identified gaps.
- Monitor evolving privacy regulations and assess their impact on products and business operations.

Privacy Awareness and Training
- Deliver privacy awareness programs and targeted training for business and technology teams.
- Promote privacy best practices and strengthen organizational privacy culture.

- 6-10 years of experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection, Compliance, Risk, or Governance roles.
